Preparing for growth to fast is one of my biggest mistakes and the best lesson the classroom could not teach me.
If you over stock on technology, you lose money on the back end when you have to replace it in 3 years.
If you staff to early, you over load your administrative team, which frustrates them and compromises the brand’s mission.
If you over market before you can handle the influx, you create delivery problems.
It’s great to know where your going and what you need to get there, but if you pull the trigger early you will kill a great thing fast.
