There is a group of us who love the team mentality, to win together and fall together. To be for something as much as you are against something. Willing to sacrifice pleasure for the opportunity to come one step closer to making an impact together.
Watching the first game in the World Series I noticed something that really impressed me. The Phillies manager, Charlie Manuel was leaning against the fence in the dugout wearing a batting glove on his left hand.
I’m sure he wasn’t debating on stepping up to the plate. But what a great expression of being “all in.”
When a team senses its leader is fully committed, hope engagement and sacrifice are accelerated. And in my opinion, that is one of the best groups to be apart of.
